After studying Business Administration at Eskişehir University, Tourism Hotel Management education at Marmara University, and 34 years of Tourism and Hotel management experience, Şenel Aybek, who focused on foreign language and vocational education abroad, received training in England, America, Dubai, Germany.

Starting from Dishwasher, which is the basis of the business in international chain hotels in the tourism and hotel sector, his adventure starting from a busboy, rose from various positions to the department manager, and worked as the Hotel General Manager for a long time at the summit. Aybek, who was transferred to Hima Group in August 2021, headquartered in the historical peninsula of Istanbul, manages hotel and catering projects in Turkey and abroad as the General Manager.

During his tourism career, he personally managed the opening and renovation processes of hotels such as Swissotel The Bousphorus, Hilas Thermal Resort Spa Hotel, Sheraton Ataköy Hotel, Four Seven Hotel, Le meridien Etiler Hotel, Double tree by Hilton Moda, Radisson blu Ortaköy, Maxxroyal Belek.

Aybek participated in many personal development trainings and programs, received training in the field of "Trainer's Training, People First, Leadership, overcoming difficulties". , attended meetings and seminars as a speaker .

Aybek is interested in all kinds of subjects that elevate his mind, body and soul, such as traking, marathon running, mysticism, traveling to new countries, discovering food and drinking cultures, and meeting new people.
